Her goal is to help students understand the full foundation of becoming a successful lash artist, including technique, client care, confidence, consistency, and the business skills needed to grow in the beauty industry. Victoria believes education should feel empowering, not overwhelming. iCandy Lash Academy was created to give students a place to learn, practice, ask questions, and leave feeling prepared to take their next step with pride.
